After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active, and USPS orders may experience delays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they’ve been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. For standard shipping, orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 5-7 business days. For those of us in a hurry, rush shipping should arrive within 2-3 business days, and overnight should arrive in 1-2 business days. Overnight orders must be placed before 12pm to ship out same day.

International orders should arrive within 7-10 business days.

To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.

My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?

Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

My tracking # says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. What should I do?

  • Check your mailbox! Our shipments typically fit in small soft envelopes about the size of standard printer paper, so they’re most often left in mailboxes. Larger orders are shipped in boxes and will be left where you usually receive larger packages.
  • If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check your mailroom, front door step, with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
  • While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at larysaloucheur483@gmail.com with any questions.

2. RETURNS

Return Policy and Process

You can request a return or exchange up to 30 days after your order was placed. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. They’re intimates after all 😉

We offer free exchanges and returns to store credit. For refunds to your original payment, we have a $5 restocking fee to help support the many people in our supply chain. You’ll spot this deducted from the balance of your refund once we’ve received and clicked "good to go!" on your return.

Please note,

All price reduced SALE items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased (unworn, with tags, in original packaging) are eligible to return for credit or exchange only within 30 days of placing your order.
Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
Store credit requests are free to process and issued electronically; credits do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.
Please allow up to 5 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
If you’re returning part of a Kit or Pack, the refunded amount will reflect the item’s Kit / Pack price, not the standard full price of the item.
If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
No printer? No problem. You can now return via QR code at all eligible USPS QR locations.

3. FIT GUIDE

Underwire Bras

Start with the size you currently wear. If you generally like the fit, try that size in Calcio11onlineit first - if it’s not right, we offer free returns for store credit and free exchanges. We will do as much back and forth needed to find you a style/size you love!

Non-Wire Bras

Please see our size conversion chart below:

If you don’t like the way your current bra size fits, check out our Try-On Tips below or shoot us a note at larysaloucheur483@gmail.com to diagnose the issue. Our fit specialists know their stuff and love to recommend solutions 🙂

Underwear/Apparel

For underwear, loungewear, and sleepwear, our sizing runs as follows:

XS = dress sizes 0-2

S = dress sizes 2-4

M = dress sizes 6-8

L = dress sizes 10-12

XL = dress sizes 12-14

XXL = dress sizes 16-18

If you’re more well-endowed, or prefer a looser, more forgiving fit, we suggest you size up for more coverage.

Try-On Tips

All styles: Our items go directly on skin (they’re intimates, after all!) so please refrain from trying on with self-tanner, lotion, oil or fragrance on your skin. When it comes to something delicate, best to play it clean until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping it - for all of our sakes 😉

Trying on a Bra:

  1. Adjust the straps. Straps should sit taut (without digging or sagging) over your shoulder to ensure optimal support.
  2. Start on the loosest hook. The band should (ideally) fit snug on the loosest hook of the hook & eye so you can adjust it over time as the elastic band and fabric naturally stretches with wash and wear.
  3. Make your band work harder! Bra bands should fit straight and snug across your back, below your bust line. If a band is rising up in the back, go down a band size. If a band is digging into your sides and creating spillage, go up a band size.
  4. Don’t just put your bra on - put yourself in your bra. Get involved! No, seriously - use your hands to literally scoop up your breast tissue and place yourself on top of the underwire and in the center of the cup. This may require some shimmy shake to get right - it’s worth it!
  5. Underwire encircles it all. The underwire should cup your breast tissue from breastbone to side boob. If the underwire is cutting into your side or cleavage, we recommend going up a cup size. If the cup has extra fabric and the underwire reaches your armpit, we recommend going down a cup size.
  6. Looking for a flush. The center connector piece of a bra between the two cups is called the ‘gore.’ In a well-fitting bra, the gore should sit flush against your sternum – if it’s too wide for your chest the gore will start to buckle or push out, which may cause the underwire to dig in over time.

Underwear + Bodysuits + Swim: Please try on all underwear, bodysuits, and one pieces over top of your own underwear or pair of tights. We don’t want to wear someone else’s underwear and would guess that you don’t either. Enough said.

What size should I try next / Sister Sizes!

No worries! Finding the perfect bra fit online may take a few tries, but we are here to help! Email larysaloucheur483@gmail.com for advice or suggestions. If you’d like to diagnose yourself, below are some suggestions:

Underwire bra sizing works on a diagonal sliding scale, which basically means that the actual underwire used in a 36B is the exact same wire in a 34C, is the exact same wire in a 32D. Or, to go in the opposite direction, the wire used in a 32DD is the exact same wire in a 34D, is the exact same wire in a 36C. For real though!

Takeaway: if you’ve always worn a 36C (example) and never felt like the fit was great (band rides up, straps dig in), you might consider trying a 34D, starting on the loosest hook, and see if you actually prefer how it fits and feels. Bra expert rule of thumb: a snug band = more support; a loose band = straps that will dig.

Our sister size chart below shows which bra sizes listed share the same wire.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ethics & Sustainability

As a small business, we spend a lot of time with our factories and believe it's important to do good business while we grow our business. Our team goes to our mills and factories seasonally, while third party auditors stop by in between.

Sourcing: All of our fabrics are sourced from OEKO-TEX certified mills and meet the strictest RSL (Restricted Substance List) standards, meaning they have been tested and deemed free of any harmful substances or chemicals. Our bras, underwear, and Whipped collection are sourced from luxury mills in Europe, many of which have been long-standing experts in the world of lingerie. In terms of sustainability, our primary supplier is one of the most certified in the industry with the following certifications: ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 50001 (energy management), 3 OEKO-TEX certificates including STeP (Sustainable Textile & Leather Production) a certification system for environmentally friendly and socially responsible production facilities.

Manufacturing: We manufacture our collection at two top tier factories in China - both practicing labor and environmental standards we can be proud of. Sustainable practices range from waste reduction and recycling, to energy saving equipment (30-40% of energy consumption is offset by solar), and water-saving machines resulting in 90% reduction in water consumption annually. Our factories are members of Sedex, one of the world’s leading ethical trade organizations aiming to improve ethical and responsible business practices in global supply chains. In addition, our primary factory is Bluesign certified, an independent verifier that ensures worker safety, responsibility to the environment, and consumer safety (textiles are free of harmful substances).

Packaging: We ship the majority of our orders in polymailers which can be recycled. Larger orders ship in recyclable cardboard boxes. For hygienic purposes, our products are individually packaged in silver packs which can be ground into tiny pellets which form the raw material to manufacture plastic products (lumped into the #7 recycling group) We suggest putting them with your co-mingled or plastic containers. We are actively working on improving our packaging eco-system to be even friendlier to the Earth. Stay tuned for improvements to come 🙂

Fabric & Design

Before Calcio11onlineit even had a name we spent four years researching lingerie - trying on every bra and pair of underwear on the island of Manhattan, spending hours in fitting rooms (not the most fun, but someone had to do it!). We scoured the world to determine every detail - meeting with mills and manufacturers who’ve made lingerie longer than we’ve been alive. We didn’t stop until we’d found the best of the best - every component part considered, from the elastics to the hook & eyes.

Wear & Care

All of our materials are super luxe. They’re not so delicate that you can’t wear them in your daily rotation (because then what would be the point - right?!) but when it comes to wear + care - like with any nice garment - the more delicate you treat them, the longer they’ll last.

Wear: Bras need room to breathe (who knew!) It’s best to rotate them every other day or so to give the elastics time to readjust. Our rule of thumb: keep a handful of your favorite bras in rotation - even buy duplicates of your go-to pieces. More cup to support? More bras in your drawer 🙂 With underwear ... listen to your mom + change it daily. End of story.

Care: Underwear, Whipped, Club, Supreme, and Island can be machine washed cold/delicate and laid flat to dry. Bras should be hand washed in cold water, with delicate detergent. Yea it’s annoying, but so is cardio. Wires do pop in machines (sometimes in as little as one wash!) and Tide frays fine fabrics. We promise it’s worth the effort. Swim should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry.

Replenish: Unlined, underwire bras have a shelf-life of about 12 months with good wear and care. Sure, most of us still have an old stretched out bra from high-school (yikes), but replacing your bras yearly is best practice - just like you would your favorite white tees or your go-to jeans. Trust us, your girls will thank you and your drawer will be infinitely less embarrassing.

With underwear - the restock cycle is about the same - 12ish months. If it’s fraying, stained, stretched out, or has holes... well, that’s probably enough said. Our philosophy? Out with the old, in with the new - bc why hold on to old underwear?
